Lesson Recording Notice

All piano lessons conducted at the Nocatee Studio location are recorded via audio and video for safety and assurance purposes. By enrolling in lessons at this location, students (or parents/guardians of minor students) consent to such recording. Recordings are:

• Stored securely with restricted access
• Retained for a reasonable period to serve their stated purpose (from 14-21 days after recording)
• Not shared with third parties except as required by law or valid legal process
• Available for review by the student or parent/guardian upon request

Lessons conducted at the Beachwalk Club location are not recorded.
